MARY SCRIM DYRE has developed a broad commercial practice since her graduation from the University of Oregon School of Law in 1984 where she received the Order of the Coif distinction. Her practice expertise includes real estate and business transactions, secured lending, and the operational and compliance aspects of banking. She has served in the capacity of Montana counsel to financial technology provider, Finastra USA Corporation and its predecessors since 1988.
